Auction for Charity- Tuesday 3rd July 2018

On Tuesday, at our stellar event of the year – Lord Chadlington in conversation with the Rt Hon Sir John Major, in the presence of the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress – we will be holding an auction to raise funds for our charity.

We are thrilled to announce that the auction will be taken by Nick Bonham, former Managing Director and Chairman of Bonhams auctioneers. It’s bound to be exciting – so we wanted to give Company members and friends who are not able to be with us on on the night the opportunity to put in their bids in advance…

Please find below a list of all the lots and some guide prices (these are just a guide, so do bid higher or lower if you wish). Please send your bids to no later than 5.00 PM on Tuesday 3 July.

The live auction will take place at 8.00 PM on Tuesday 3 July. Successful bidders will be informed after that.

Proceeds will go to build an endowment fund for our Company’s Charitable Trust. This will 1) enable us to design and roll out communications programmes to support groups of people in need; and 2) enable us to gain full livery status.  A proportion of the funds will also be donated to the Sheriffs’ and Recorder’s Fund.
